Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room was really spacious, although a bit hot. The balcony view and sea view were beautiful, and all the amenities we needed were available. The only downside was the bathroom, and the taps didn't work well, so we had to call for service to fix them. The service was friendly and modern, with a great bar area, but there was a comment made in poor taste that made us uncomfortable. The location was convenient, just a short walk into town, although there was limited seating available due to a large closed-off area. The dining experience was excellent with no buffet breakfast, but annoying piped music played early in the morning. The facilities were modern and well-equipped, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was clean and well presented but needed some maintenance work. The service was friendly overall, but there were some hiccups with additional charges. The location was perfect for seaside lovers, but the dining experience fell short of expectations. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The sea view room was lovely, and the bed was super comfortable. The room was spacious, although the bathroom was a bit small. Despite having the heater on, the room was cozy. The service was excellent, with lovely and very helpful staff. The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the beach and central Whitstable. The dining experience was nice, although the food could have been hotter and of better quality. Overall, a great value for the money.
